In Memory, In Hope, In Support

This year, on October 3rd, I will be taking part in the Ride for Cancer, challenging myself to ride 160km.

I am riding in memory of my father, Douglas Brownrigg, who lost his battle with cancer in September 2017. I am also riding for the family members and friends who are currently battling cancer, as well as those who have sadly lost their fight.

This ride is about more than just the distance. I will be pushing myself to complete the 160km at a fast pace, not as a leisurely ride, but as a way to step outside of my comfort zone and challenge myself both physically and mentally. That being said, my challenge is nothing compared to what those fighting cancer endure every day. Their courage, strength, and determination are what inspire me to take on this ride.

I am proud to be raising money for cancer research, helping to support the work being done to improve treatments, save lives, and one day find a cure.

Any amount you are able to donate would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for supporting this cause and helping make a difference in the fight against cancer.
