Moving for a Better Tomorrow: In Honour, In Memory, In Hope
Cancer is something that has touched all of our lives in one way or another. Whether it's a family member, a friend, a coworker, or someone in our community, most of us know someone who has been affected by this disease. I've seen the strength it takes to keep fighting, the heartbreak it can bring, and the hope that keeps so many people going.
That's why I've decided to ride 50 kilometres.
I'm riding in memory of those we've lost, in honour of those who have survived, and for everyone who is still fighting today. This ride is my small way of giving back and helping support the research that gives so many families hope for the future.
I also believe that good health is something we often don't fully appreciate until it's challenged. Staying active and making healthy choices has always been important to me, and this ride is a reminder not to take our health—or the people we love—for granted.
Training for 50K will push me outside my comfort zone, but it's nothing compared to the challenges faced by those living with cancer every single day. When the ride gets tough, I'll remember who I'm riding for, and that will keep me going.
If you're able to support my ride, thank you. Whether it's through a donation, sharing my page, or simply cheering me on, it truly means a lot. Together, we can help fund life-changing research and bring hope to those who need it most.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
