McInnes Cooper's Wheels of Hope team rides for cancer once again.
Most of our Team's members have been directly stung by cancer, or have been close with someone who has been stung.
This year's Team members are joining up one last time to help the Queen Elizabeth II Health Science Center Foundation in its focused and effective quest to fight cancer at every turn, and in its its efforts to ensure that cancer detection and treatment in Atlantic Canada is the very best that it can possibly be.
Atlantic Canada has the country's highest cancer rates, all forms of cancer considered. Currently, one person in two (50%) will be diagnosed in their lifetimes, and one in three of those diagnosed (33%) will not survive. And those grim statistics are ones that our Team will fight.
